CEO

Mr. Erwin Flores has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and is a multi-awarded executive leader, having held high executive head positions in various reputable real estate developers in the Philippines throughout his career. He is the CEO and Founder of the real estate brokerage company. He is educated at the U.P. Integrated School and University of the Philippines - Diliman, where he attained the rank of Philippine Army's Reserve Officer, garnered numerous medals in martial arts varsity, and was a superbody body-building finalist. His discipline, dedication, and excellence are evident in his every endeavor. He was a class Valedictorian. He also holds a degree in Real Estate Management where he was recognized with a Leadership Award. He is also a hands-on dedicated father to six.

SHEILA MARIE FLORES

President

Mrs. Sheila Marie Flores has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and is a multi-awarded broker professional, having garnered numerous awards and recognitions from various reputable developers in the Philippines. As a representative of many clients, Mrs. Sheila Marie Flores is widely known in the Philippine real estate industry. She graduated Magna cum Laude in her Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management. She also graduated from the University of the Philippines - Diliman, where she was a full scholar, a class leader, and the head of debate. She is a passionate dancer and multiple national record-holder in powerlifting. She is also a proud mother to six and grandma of three children. 

EMILIO FERNANDO FLORES

Manager

Emilio Fernando Flores has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade. He is an award-winning motorcycle racer, a Philippine-team captain, and has represented the Philippines in various soccer sport games. He is a Leadership Awardee in his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management. He also took up Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde. 

CZARINA DENISE FLORES

Broker and Co-Founder

Czarina Denise Flores has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade and has received numerous awards in excellence and leadership. She graduated Summa cum Laude from the Assumption College. Her performance in her MBA at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) presented her with an International Honor Society. She also graduated Summa cum Laude for her Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management.

TELO FLORES

Partner

Telo Flores serves as a Pastor and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He graduated Summa cum Laude from the International Graduate School of Leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the De La Salle University - Manila. He has a Master of Divinity and a Master of Theology. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctorate Degree in Los Angeles, United States of America.

SELINA FLORES

Manager

Selina Flores has been in the real estate industry for over a decade. She is adept with property management, multi-tasking, and getting every job done. She also has a wide range of interests. Her educational background is in the fields of the arts, interior decorating, women's fashion, business, and real estate. 

SABRINA FLORES

Partner

Sabrina Flores has over a decade of experience in real estate, having received awards in production and leadership. As a wide-traveler, Sabrina has also worked in different countries abroad. She is also a filmmaker and a voracious reader. She has degrees in film and multimedia arts from the International Academy of Film and Television, the De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde, and Vancouver in Canada.
